Cast Iron Skillet Steaks

Turn your broiler on for 20 minutes with the Cast Iron skillet in it.
In a bowl mix:
Olive Oil
Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
2 tbsp. Ultimate Spice
Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Roll your steak in the bowl and place in the cast iron skillet for 3 minutes a side. ( The time is important)
Then turn the oven down to 500 degrees and cook the steak for 2 1/2 minutes a side and then pull. Let the steak sit for about 2 minutes.
Make sure you use tongs for this, so that you don’t loose the juices.
